This data is used solely to: respond to your requests, prepare quotes and reservations, ensure commercial follow-up and comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
4. Instagram Messaging
When you write to us via Instagram messaging, we use the tools provided by Meta to receive and respond to your messages. The data exchanged is processed solely for the purpose of responding to your commercial request and is never resold.
5. Retention
Your data is retained for the time necessary to process your request and then archived in accordance with applicable legal retention periods, before deletion.
6. Sharing
Your data is not sold. It may be processed by our customer relationship management tools and our technical service providers, strictly within the scope of the purposes mentioned above.

9. Cookies and audience measurement
The site uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure its traffic and the effectiveness of its Google Ads campaigns: pages viewed, vehicles looked at, confirmed bookings (amount and reference, no personal data). These trackers are only set after you agree in the banner shown on your first visit; declining does not prevent any feature of the site, booking included. Your choice is kept for six months in your browser and can be changed at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. Cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (language, booking session, secure payment by Stripe) do not require consent.
When you book, we keep with your booking the origin of your visit as it appears in the page address and in the site that referred you to us (search engine or advertising campaign, landing page, device type), in order to measure the effectiveness of our ads. This information is held for the duration of your visit in your browser’s memory, without any cookie, and is not passed on to any third party.
