La location s’est très bien passé. Voiture propre , économique et petit bonus teintée , avec le soleil c’était parfait. Réception et restitution au top . Accueil agréable , professionnel. Parlons du prix …… excellent et merci de penser aux petits budget . J’ai trouvé ma nouvelle agence de location de voiture et c’est avec grand plaisir que je vous recommanderais auprès de tous ceux qui me demanderont un contact de loueur de voiture . Noté sur 10 , c’est un 20/10 .
Je recommande fortement cette société de location. Au delà des tarifs attractifs, c’est avant tout un très bon accueil, un service réactif et un très suivi en cas de changement de date, prolongation ou autre.

What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
3 documents are mandatory at pick-up:
- a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months
- a valid ID document
- a credit card in the name of the main driver (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)
Do you deliver vehicles to your accommodation or to the airport?
To the airport, yes, free of charge; to your accommodation or home, no. So that your car is ready on time, we hand it over at three places:
- Aimé Césaire airport, free of charge, 7 days a week and at any time (late-arrival fees in the evening and at night, T&C art. 8): the car is waiting when you land and you drive straight to your accommodation;
- Our Le Lamentin agency, every day from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (book by phone on +596 696 61 70 70);
- Fort-de-France cruise port for a cruise stopover, with an extra charge shown when you book.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes, as a paid option during booking. The additional driver must present a valid driver's license held for at least 12 months and an ID document at key handover.
Are the vehicles insured?
All our vehicles are insured with third-party liability (included), in accordance with the Insurance Code. A partial or full excess waiver option is offered during online booking, with several coverage levels detailed at the time of selection.
Can I pick up the car at the airport when I land?
Yes, and it is free. Give us your flight number when you book: we track your flight, and your agent waits for you outside Arrivals at Aimé Césaire Airport with the car, even if the plane is late. Evening and night hand-overs carry a late-arrival fee (€40 from 6:30 pm, €60 from 9 pm). Everything is explained in our airport arrival guide.
Do you hand cars over at the cruise port?
Yes. For a cruise call in Fort-de-France, we deliver the car near the cruise terminals, between 6 am and 8 pm, for a surcharge shown when you book, and we agree the return time with a margin before all-aboard. See our cruise-port car rental page.
Can I rent with a UK, US or Canadian driving licence?
Yes. A valid licence held for at least 12 months is accepted, including UK, US and Canadian licences; if yours is not written in the Latin alphabet, bring an international driving permit with it. In Martinique you drive on the right, distances are in kilometres and road signs follow the French standard — see our guide to driving in Martinique.
What is the minimum age to rent a car?
18, with a licence held for at least one year. Standard conditions are 23 years old and 3 years of licence; below that, a young-driver surcharge applies per day, detailed on our young driver page. The Mercedes GLA and GLC require drivers aged 25 or over.
